For the application to startup a valid license must be installed. You will need to work with support to acquire your license.
- You will need to provide your device ID to support via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling support.
- Your device ID can be found in the Appliance Manager under the license tab.
- Support will respond with your license key. This will be added to the appliance in the Admin Dashboard under the license tab. Upload your license file (.lic) using the Choose File menu and click "Add License Key".
An appliance restart will be needed to apply a new license key.
