Azure Active Directory User Provisioning for SmartFile

Go to your Azure portal.
On the left, select “Azure Active Directory.”
Select “Enterprise Applications.”
Click on “+ New Application.”
Search for “SmartFile” in the “Add from the gallery” search box. Select the service in the dropdown menu.
Click add.
Navigate to the “Enterprise applications” tab and select “SmartFile SSO.”
In the “Users and groups” section, select “+Add user.”
Select the “Users and groups” section and select users that you would like to be able to sign in with Azure SSO. Click the “Select” button at the bottom to confirm.
Click “Assign” when finished.
Sign into your SmartFile account.
Click on the arrow button in the top right. Select the “Product Key” option in the dropdown menu.
Copy the product key and product password values.
In the “Provisioning” section on the Enterprise application, select “Automatic.”
Fill in the following fields:
Tenant url: This will be “https://sitename.smartfile.com/ftp/scim” or your custom domain + “/ftp/scim”.
Secret token: This will be key:password with the values from step 13.
Click on test connection.A pop up will appear saying “Testing connection.” It should succeed with a green checkmark. Save the settings.
On the lower half of the pane, select if you would like groups or users to be enabled.
To disable, click on the title “Synchronize Azure Active Directory Groups” or “Synchronize Azure Active Directory Users” and click on “No” under enabled. Click save.
Turn on provisioning and select whether you would like to sync only assigned users and group or sync all users and groups. Click save.
If a group is created with no users, select the “Clear current state and restart synchronization” and save the settings. This should add the missing users.
Azure will send updates to SmartFile every 40 minutes.
